Personal Use Only License for .STL Files

This license is for the use of the files bought from William & Jayne Co.
File Name: "PreservingOrganizer.zip"



This Personal Use Only License (the "License") is a legally binding agreement between you (the "Licensee") and William & Jayne Co. (the "Licensor") regarding the use of the .STL file(s) (the "File(s)") downloaded or otherwise obtained from the Licensor. By using the File(s), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License.

1. Grant of License:
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the File(s) solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Personal Use:
The Licensee may use the File(s) to create physical objects solely for their personal use and enjoyment.

3. Prohibited Uses:
The Licensee may not use the File(s) for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling, distributing, or using the File(s) in any manner that results in financial gain.
The Licensee may not modify, adapt, create derivative works, or reverse engineer the File(s).
The Licensee may not sublicense, share, or distribute the File(s) to third parties for any purpose, whether for free or for a fee.

4. Attribution:
While not required, the Licensee is encouraged to provide attribution to the Licensor when sharing or displaying printed objects derived from the File(s).

5. No Redistribution of File(s):
The Licensee may not redistribute or share the File(s) themselves, whether for free or for a fee.

6. Termination:
The Licensor reserves the right to terminate this License at any time if the Licensee breaches any of its terms.

7. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from this License shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through legal action in accordance with the laws of Region of Durham, Ontario, Canada.

8. Entire Agreement:
This License constitutes the entire agreement between the Licensee and the Licensor and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.

9. Severability:
If any provision of this License is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
